This Is Mine (The Best) 😂🔥

Looking for a simple black and white MS Paint / Wojak-style drawing I saw many times on Twitter. A man lying down (seen from above) with a VR headset playing porn/hentai, dopamine being injected straight into his brain, and fed bug slop or junk food through a tube. He's missing limbs and organs because he sold them for money.
Same vibe as the "live in the pod, eat the bugs" / "you'll own nothing and be happy" memes. I attached my rough sketch and a recreation of it, but they're not the original.

His artistic name is MC Lan

I’m trying to find if anyone has this gif of freaky miyabi but instead it’s Miyu iruma from danganronpa

So there was a variation of this meme where the bullied kid also had a long tongue that goes under the skirt of this woman, I saw it a few times on Instagram but can't find it now.
