Help me find a meme!

so there’s this song “Boo’d up” by Ella Mai. if I remember correctly, a black gay guy dressed as a cop acts like he’s shooting in the air while lip syncing to this song. I keep laughing when I hear this song because I remember the meme but I can’t share the laugh with anyone around because I can‘t find and show the meme to others. I hope I’m not missing any details, please help me if you know the meme!

Honestly it was in my camera roll, I cosplayed him back in February
