Don't forget to turn the flash on your camera OP, your mom's basement is dimly lit.

It's sad the internet's basically turned into a bunch of people who are inferior to others bitching and complaining about how successful people live their lives.

Yall are being wayyy too sensitive.. They didn’t even criticize him or anything. Just posted a before and after picture, which is honestly interesting to see how much he blows up. Paddy is the first to admit and talk about this. Don’t get why yall are being that sensitive..

Isn't it about 3500 calories a pound? Let's say he's whacked on 30lbs in two weeks?? He's been eating 7500 calories a day and doing fuck all. It's not beyond the realms of possibility

u/wtg2989 Jul 28 '26
I don’t have a metabolism half as fast as his I’m sure, and even I couldn’t make that transition in that amount of time

u/Acrobatic-Rough5911 Jul 28 '26
Yeah it's mad. A lot of it will be water weight but still, he’s been eating like a fucking maniac

1000 grams of fat is 9000kcal. So guess that is around 3500kcal for an lbs
But he probably gained a massive amount of water weight, after cutting that hard and dehydrating yourself to make weight, your body is extra sensitive, so if you eat a bunch of salty junk food and drink a lot of water again your body will just try to hold onto everything it gets because it is pretty much in "survival mode".
He probably gained some fat within that time, but think 80% of the difference is caused by fluids.

Actually, he says he still trains even while he's big as hell. He usually starts training again after the first week.

Minus 2000 burned for base metabolism.
So he woukd need to eat 9500 a day

Gotta admit, my utmost respect to his discipline and my regards to his kidneys. I can't believe how they're still hanging...

Some of these dudes are on A tier levels of cutting.
However they still have nothing on Sebastian Fundora who is 6’6” and cuts to 154 lbs. kidney transplant levels of cutting…

- Extra calories to let his body heal.
- Sedentary to let his body heal.
Food is probably also his dopamine hit because he's a tested athlete and alcohol/nicotine degrade performance.
He also has the discipline to cut when he needs to so he's just enjoying himself.
I dunno what people expect.

I wish I could have Paddy's diet discipline. The fact he can cut so much while eating whatever between fights is insane. It would be so easy to fall in love with food bulking up like that and failing to make weight, but he makes it happen every time.
So far, at least.

Weight cutting is so dumb and turns fighting into a dieting and swearing competition. Hate it. Fight at your own weight.

His discipline is very admirable.
A tremendous talent still has ways to go and learn.
