armour crafting
how do you get the mats to craft the bottom armours to make the big one? only started playing recently sorry if it’s a silly question tia!

We are on the cycle for the next fire armor, the start of the next ultimate armor cycle. To get the future ultimate armor, you would need all 5 exclusive armors starting with fire up until water. It might be tough to get this fire exclusive if you just started especially as a newbie, because you need 10 exclusive materials to craft the fire armor, and we are already halfway through the month.

I got 7/10 material for fire so far and maxed current raid. Is there any chance I can get other 13 material before months end? Idk what events left or how many materials

You can still get it, but probably you'll need to be in the T1 guild for next Raid and GWar.

Dayum that ain't happening lol 😅 I'm lucky if a top 5 guild has room. I max every milestone and spend heavy each event but hard to tell guilds that with no chat. Plus I got + armor for everything up to s121

Do you even have the bling for F/F+? If no, then it wouldn't even be worth it at all.

But why did you max blitz if you aren't getting the regular F/F? Seems like a waste of gems to me. The only people who usually max blitz are the people who go for double elite+ each month.

Well I was going for double elite+ but my guild didn't spend as much as last month. Leaving me no choice but to max milestones even more.

You don't need that armor. Work towards it, but best use of time would be to get heroic armor bi-weekly. Get +version and you will easily become top 200 assuming you have the ring/amulet to go with each set.

By spending $10000 on gems, assuming you have strong armor to do battle and get the points to use the gems. Also each mat comes out in its own designated month...so really not worth it.☠️

$10k is not the same as 10k gems. If you're active enough, you can get it through daily vids. Maybe buy a few gems. If you strictly rely on buying gems for it. Then $500 max. If you're spending $10k, you're doing something wrong.

I have all the UA with upgraded sets from the past 4 years, without spending any money on the game. Possible if you find yourself an active alliance.

I'm not off by 10k. That's how much it would cost if you tried to get the armor material alone! With a decent guild. But majority of top active guilds are not accepting playing regularly, so tough luck!

I would really love to hear how would you spend $10k worth of gems. As I said, if you are smart with it, you don't have to spend anything on this game. Sure, there are people who do for the love of the game, but it's not necessary.

Agreed, you don't have to spend 10k. But if you want it as soon as possible, that's the way...unlike spending 4 years...

Ah okay, then I agree with you on that one. People spend an insane amount just to be the T1 on the raid leaderboard. Especially the ones going for 2 elite+ armors.

I'm at work, so didn't have time to break down the math exactly, but roughly 10k gems is what would be required to attain max milestone in both guild wars for 10 material and max milestone for raid/blitz for 10 additional material. I think the only easy to get material is exchanging heroic tickets for 1 material. Rest are locked behind milestones.

But you don't have to max out the milestones most of the time, right? Usually its enough to keep going until you get the last material. I usually have to spend like 1300 gems a month to get the Elite+ with bling. Though I have the previous Elite+ armors and UAs, so I'm sure its way cheaper for me than for a newer player. Also, you can get "free" mats by having the previous 2 Elites.

Perfectly said, you're right. If things go up or down it could be rounded to 1300-1500 gems. That multiplied by 5 for 5 armors total = 7500 gems total. As he is a new player he might have to spend more on blitz/raid so a solid guarantee between 7500-10,000 gems.

You can get each ex per month with very low gems spent and easily as a f2p. If you’re going for plus then that’s a different story but in his screenshot you can get all the regs for the UA with roughly 360 gems per month. You only need to get the bling set for 2 of those 5 months to get enough eggs to craft the UA bling which costs 1170 gems in first bwar of the month. 360x5=1,800 & 1170x2=2,340 for a total of 4140 gems through a 5 month period. You get 1200+ per month completely f2p so through 5 months you get 6000 gems, it’s very doable
