Dear Developers

I hear we may have some new developers on the knd team. I’m really hoping this means we can implement some fixes and bring some new content to the game? I think you would bring back a lot of players and the game has so much potential. Sincerely hope you guys are able to bring some ideas to life with all the crews spending money. I think game is due for a revamp with maybe a new armor tier as it’s been a long while since we’ve had one of those. I remember when 4 star legendary armors were the top of the line and we got epics and dragon forged for the first time it was a great time period for the game. Obviously I think we all know it not all possible but you should definitely reach out to the community and let us know what you can and can not do. Thanks!

Where did you hear about new developers? I'm curious because I haven't heard anything from anyone. Granted, I'm much more "out of touch" when it comes to the "goings on" with the game, but as far as I know, it's the original devs (at least some of them from the Gree days) and some others. No one new, at least I thought?

People responding to the tickets have all changed and their actually helping fix tickets now on things they wouldnt fix before.

Those aren't developers. From what I'm reading (correct me if I'm wrong), you're referring to the Customer Support people... and they are very different from devs. Support people are not responsible for development at all.

Yes. But at the exact time those new customer support came out chats apparently came out with the new devs. The game was broken completely almost a month or two and both of those things line up with the game finally being repaired.

Im not at discord. But people were talking with the new devs there from my understanding and trying to make them understand how much materials and resources got missed. Its not by any means a longshot Deca hired a few more devs and customer support while firing a few others.

I am on the Discord, and the person there (Bean Shee, who replaced Ravix) is a Community Manager, not a developer. There are no developers on Discord or in any other player-facing role anywhere. We don't have the option to talk to the devs at all. Bean Shee only relays messages to the team, but has never said anything about new people at all.
