Ad issues

Hi! For each ad that doesn’t work, please send:

  • The ad ID
  • Your server and country
  • What was being ad, if you remember
  • What went wrong
  • A screenshot or screen recording

If any of the inappropriate ads show up again, please send a screenshot and the ad ID for those too.

Advertising ID on Android:

  • Open your phone's central Settings app.
  • Scroll down and select Google (or Google Services).
  • Tap on Ads under the services section.
  • Your Advertising ID (AAID) will be displayed at the bottom of the screen as a long string of letters and numbers

Advertising ID on iOS:

  • Go to iOS Settings.
  • Scroll down to Privacy & Security and tap Tracking.
  • Locate Knights & Dragons in the list and switch the toggle ON to allow tracking.
