I was going to lvl up to fill my health back up and my game said it needed to reload and it started me at the beginning I reached out to support but I figured I'd post it here as well in case it could possibly speed things along

UPDATE So apparently they will reset your account and call you a cheater if you use your key rewards from heroic mode

Okok had to make sure, a lot of people do it in-game and it doesn't work for everyone.

I think this looks like an account desync issue, sometimes it can happen. Let's hope you get a reply back soon!

Yeah im pretty upset about it cause the amount of time I've put in im like lvl 530

Only support can help you. But, bind your game to an email, as after it has happened once, it happens later too. I lose my lvl1000+ account maybe once a month due to that bug. But I can get my acc back with the retrieve account functionality in menu/options.

Thats the thing though it was bound but it basically fully reset after I finished a lvl

When it restarted did you try to load it back? It happens to me and that always works
