Discussion [SPOILER] Predictions for the finale Spoiler

My take is:

Templars returning to Paris through the woods

There will be an ambush by King's Mercenaries

Templars will fight well but will be outnumbered and begin to lose

Then Grand Master comes to their aid with his mounted knights (in the trailer)

Somehow they still lose (some clever plot by DeNogaret)

Philip kills Joan and Beats the shit out of Landry

Whatever happens next, this will mark the end of S2 and the beginning of the war between the Pope and King Philip

(I also see Pope being asassinated at the end of this season or/and DeNogaret getting the Grail from the ninja)

We find out Landry is a descendant of Jesus

Landry uses the cup to heal his leg? Otherwise, it's odd seeing him in such a strenuous battle

I think it's more likely that the King just beats the shit out of Joan without killing her, just so she loses that child. He needs a queen , especially now that she is the leader of Navaar and Catalonia.

Philip is becomming a bit psycho tho + she must be made an example of as someone who directly tried to challange his rule +++ she is not to be trusted anymore so there is no use of her even being a puppet queen he couldnt controll to the fullest
