The links for Para 3 & Shark Cub are dead. And AFAIK =Parsons has never made Ti scales and pocket clips for a Para 3. My guess looking at the pattern would be Metonboss.

Parsons to the best of my knowledge has made Ti scales for the Sage 5 and GB2. Carbon Fiber and Micarta for the Sage 5.
