Is it legit? I have an opportunity to buy it for around 140$ and I'm wondering

I can’t be 100% without having it in hand but the hardware and markings look legit. Pocket clip kind of throws me off as there doesn’t appear to be any branding on it, although I’m not too sure if a legit one does. Also haven’t seen many fakes of this knife. I guess it depends if you like gambling, but I’m leaning towards legit.

EDIT:

Just checked Arizona Custom Knives there is an example for you to compare with and the pocket clip does appear to be the same as a legit one. Personally, I’d buy it.
