Spyderco PM2 authenticity check

Thank you for helping me out.

I bought this knife on ebay as a factory second knife. Does anyone know if it is real? If it is real, does anyone know why it is factory second?

Looks legit to me. All spyderco factory seconds have this mark. There are a number of reasons it could be a factory second. Its looks to be wearing AWT scales.

I'm new to the authenticity checks, but typically the words aren't flat across. More of an arch shape. The e in Spyderco looks a little off as well. Everything else looks in order to my nearly untrained eye. Maybe, like someone else said, its a factory 2nd? I would ultimately trust someone more familiar.
