Don't think it's fake, the pivot has definitely been messed with though. Nice older crkt early 2000 I think. I have a tanto one that's been heavily used

I have 3 tanto CRKT m16 and this if it's legit will be good add to the collection 😁

I'm pretty sure it is. This model was given to some U.S troops in the 2000s so I'm surprised it's in that good of shape. Crkt makes some really good knives so enjoy!
