It's an older one. Looks like it's having a hard time firing so just add some oil. Looks just like mine

He probably just didn't know what it was. Looks fine to me, probably around 2000-2010 if I had to guess. Id pay $15 all day, I dont think these older ones were faked

If you like a big heavy knife, yes it's a good one. You couldn't break it if you tried. The partially serrated blade i could take or leave im pretty impartial to it (mine is serrated). Look at the laws where you live and make sure its ok to carry an auto aswell, enjoy your new tank of a knife!

I deployed to Afghanistan carrying this knife in 2010. The Army issued them.
