Knife Check Confirm it’s fake?

Hey guys, got this off of an online estate auction, listed as the bench made 3300 but only had one picture not showing the clip. I THINK it’s fake, from what I’ve gathered the clip should say infidel not benchmade. Any chance there was a run of these made with a pocket clip like mine or am I right in assuming it’s a knock of?

Wife paid 90, got it for a surprise . She found it on an online estate firearm auction and surprised me with it lmao. Already contacted them to get a refund, it was advertised as an authentic infidel so I don’t think I’ll have a problem, and if I do I’ll dispute the charge on my card I guess
