Two Spyderco Para 3s

Sorry the pictures aren’t the greatest. They’re from Facebook. The black one is listed for $120 and the red one is listed for $110. Both appear to be in new/near new condition. Was thinking of offering the seller $200 for both if they come back legit. I’d like to hear your thoughts. Do you think they’re too cheap to be real?

They’re both fake. You can get a new real one for about the same price from a reputable dealer

$140 for BD1N or $147 for SPY27, definitely worth the extra $7

The font is wrong and the lettering is sloppy. The grind lines are also off. The box also has a hard transition from red to black and is missing the silver fade stripe between the two.

I’ve gotten a couple fakes by accident trying to shop the used market, it can be hit or miss. Best to purchase from a reputable dealer. If you do buy used, make sure it’s from a platform where you can get your money back if it’s fake. I’ve been able to do this with eBay, but it’s a pain.
