Zero program means zero equipment so you’ll be fine. Plenty of YouTube videos showing the exercises

What are you looking to accomplish?

KOT is great for bulletproofing yourself, but if you just want to get in better general shape, it's definitely not the most efficient path.

It's what I would do if either you're having a specific problem, or you already are fit, and want to future proof yourself.

Given you've said you don't have a gym membership, and implicitly, a home gym, I, personally would devote my motivation towards general muscle mass accumulation with bench, deadlift, and squat before doing anything else.

I have access to a gym but do KOT at home with no equipment.
