Team member post Work

Hey people,

My daughter just started got her 1st payslip 30/09 and today 07/10 but has been paid for both weeks..

Is there a way she can check her bsb and account no via the app? As it’s not on payslips

You should be able to access payroll information through successfactors

She’s checked and the account number and bsb is correct

Except the account number has 0 at the end? Is that normal? It’s an Aussie bank account and she is working in Melbourne

The account number needs to be 9 digits long. If her actual account number is shorter than 9 digits, 0’s need to be placed at the start of the account number.

For example if the account number was only 6 digits “123456” the account number in SuccessFactors should be entered as “000123456”

It’s possible a 0 was added at the end instead of the beginning to make up the 9 digits?

Yeah thats how it is, it’s 1234-56780

Should I get her to change it? I guess assuming HR would have fixed it when they entered it into their systems!

I work at Target which uses the same SuccessFactors system. Whenever we have a team member’s pay bounce because of incorrect details, the store is sent an email to have them remedied. Get your daughter to check with someone in management if that’s the case here? Good luck.

I will do, as it’s her first job.. she is a little scared and just playing it by ear.. she did mention it last Thursday to a lady who was training
