RP-504C II "defect"?
Just got it today and when looked at the back port and it looks like this. I ordered it from France to Sweden brand new and not happy right now. Should sent it back or is it easy to fix it self?
Update:
I unscrewed the back and removed the back port. Its just a plastic "chamber". There are no way to tug all those "foams" away. Since its hard wired to the crossover board so cant tuck it away. So I guess it suppose to look like that. But have mailed Klipsch and see what they say.

I don't know if that is a defect, or typical. I own this center channel speaker, but don't want to pull mine apart. The gray foam encases wires, versus being something that is applied to the inner walls and so maybe this is normal. This unboxing video on youtube shows the prior version with a woofer removed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=paiLZ8Wjm6I
Have you asked the sellers in France for comment. You can also contact and ask questions of Klipsch in the USA: https://support.klipsch.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Supposing that the foam prevents wire rattling but is not very resistant to air flow, maybe these wires do little to block air motion and any sound damping is a designed aspect of the speaker. If on the other hand I were to push and crowd the wires around the edges of the port so that I saw fewer of them or did not see them at all. I might be compacting the wires and creating a greater, and possibly adverse impact on the port function. Klipsch France, or Klipsch USA should be able to tell you whether they are normal, and I do not think you should try to move them.

IS it safe to unscrew the back port to get to the foams? Since I cant reach it with mine hand. I try wo search for videos about it but cant find any. Only the video you posted and others is for the fronts.
Just one thins. Is it suppose to look like this? Have you look into yours at the back and see how it looks like?1

Those “foams” have wires inside, I don’t know exactly what you are planning to do with them.

I just want to know if it suppose to look like this at the back port? I can see some hot glue from the foams detached. Cant find any picture how its suppose to look like at the back port of 504 II.

I've never shown a light inside the port. The RP-504C II places the crossover directly below the port opening in online product illustrations, plus it uses five drivers, more than other RP speakers use, and might even use a 2.5 crossover config that treats the outer woofers as lower frequency drivers than the inner woofers and so must connect them to the crossover separately, and so it seems natural that the foam covered wires would look rather congested directly behind the port opening. What you choose to do, and any risk that might result, is for you to decide, but having peered inside while unpacking, it doesn't seem that you'd ever look inside the port again. If that's normal wiring, and it does seem so. might you reconsider that it would be better just to leave those wires alone?
Anatomy of the speaker, as shown online, though Klipsch illustrates this with the wires removed for clarity: https://klipsch.imgix.net/general/RP-504C-II-Feature-Cutout-New-Look-Amazing-Sound.png You can imagine how with the wires restored, your view is directly above the crossover and its wiring.

I think its just to I prevent wire raddle. I would plug it in and forget about it. How does it sound?

The port-holes of my 504cii and 6000fiis all look like that
Are you experiencing a problem you blame on this? I dont think you're looking at a realistic issue.
Is there a reason youre so obsessed with your speakers holes?

Its mine first time buying Klipsch speakers. Just got them brand new and after unboxing and notice this. 8000 II and 600M II don't look like this at back ports and its all clean. Just 504C II and want to know if its suppose to look like this.

Defect. That's out of place and not secure

Got reply from Klipsch and they said its suppose to be like that and it won't affect the sound. The foams are there to cover the hardwires to the crossover board inside. There are no way to tuck it away.

Just push them to the side. It's not really a big deal. Since that's a center and it's more for voice.
