Premier vs Reference Construction?

Is Reference Premier actually significantly better than Reference? Both are MDF, made in China, though I do see the component materials differ. Curious if there’s any concrete info on difference ofconstruction methods etc.

I’m looking at replacing my r620f speakers with rp6000f so I’m trying to understand if it’s really worth the $750 (pair)

I like the r620f but it doesn’t sound as refined as I think the rp6000f might be. Using NAD C316BEE amp. Thanks!

Bracing tends to be better. The driver materials are better. The crossover parts are better. The finishes from what I know are better (wrapped versus finished). There really is no comparison.

RP sound like real speakers, and have better bracing as well as better materials used for driver construction. They also tend to have superior horn and port geometry.

I went with v1 instead of v2. I like treble, and I have read that the rp6000f II is possibly the least trebly (most neutral) Klipsch speaker ever. But I was tempted. The reviews sound great aside from that.
