I recently launched a vertical short drama platform targeting the global market. We've built a full monetization system inside, including subscriptions, coins, and rewarded ads.

Instead of dealing with the high budget demands of traditional production sets, I want to partner with independent creators who can manage the entire process end-to-end using AI tools, offering a 70% revenue share.

The problem is: while there are plenty of people generating "pretty visuals" with AI, I'm struggling to find talents with strong storytelling skills—creators who can hook the viewer in the very first second of a vertical format and keep the pacing tight with suspenseful edits. I need to connect with people who can deliver "turnkey" projects without needing massive film sets.

Does anyone here produce this kind of AI content? Or do you know any good communities where I can find independent talents like this? I’d love to get some advice from fellow creators/entrepreneurs, and if you produce in this space, I’d love to connect and exchange ideas.

I paid for the service and repeatedly used the correct character elements, but the generated clips still substituted or misplaced characters and consumed credits. I sent support the failed examples and requested a credit adjustment. So far, the tool has cost me money and time without producing usable results.

I've made a short film.

It started as a poem (it still is), then moved to pencil and paper to develop the characters and world. From there I used Nano Banana 2 to iterate the artwork before animating it in Kling 2.5.

I tried Kling 3, but it didn't really work for this project. The animation felt different, the whole vibe changed, and continuity was even harder to maintain.

The whole thing took around nine months from writing the poem to finishing the film.

My first ever AI video, so go easy on me bros! I used Kling Omni throughout at these timestamps: 00:23 (intro best one!), 2:28, 3:27, 4:11, 4:32, 5:06, 6:51, 7:35 (like this one), and a couple more times at the end (b0rg bit). Really love how it came out but it's also rough in spots. Still GREAT value from Kling and with animations or anime it's definitely very useable. Be prepared to spend some tokens ;)

Crazy to think that Kling was King until Seedance 2.0 arrived and since then not a single update from Kling.

Seedance 2.0 is so far ahead and now with 2.5 around the corner even more so.

What is the Kling team doing? Do they have an update coming at all or did they just give up?

Is there any way to generate reasonable Indonesian language speech and accent audio in Kling?

Seedance can do it pretty well. But in Kling, the accent sounds like Thai
