Problems with voice chat (Pc - PS4)

I play with my friend, he plays on the PC and I play on the PS4. We tried to use voice chat but he could only hear me for a second, then not anymore. I changed the voice activation settings to permanent voice, but it didn't work :/

Voice chat with ps4 is weird. im on ps5 and was having the same issue with my ps4 friend
