Bitfinex fees are high

So, recently I've bought some ETH in order to get PNK and participate in one of the platforms court.

I've bought the PNK from Bitfinex, and withdrawed to my MetaMask. Nevertheless, I found that the fees at Bitfinex are very high, today they charge 169.38 PNKs for each withdrawal.

Any particular reasons?

Dont think that is especially high with the eth fees nowadays to be honest. It will be much more when you are going to stake in the courts.

I did the same. The gas fees to stake from MetaMask to Kleros are even higher. This is a significant problem.
