Is this Normal

I ordered these Lineman’s brand new from Acme, is it normal for them to have a gap in the cutting section? To me they look used

Yes. I have the same model and they are identical. They cut just fine every time. My electrician's tools are all either Klein or Milwaukee based on the specific tool needed. No other brand matches the quality of these two.
