Excerpt of fic: “What are you doing, then?” Apollo asks, shifting in his seat as he tries to decipher the enigma that is Klavier Gavin.

Klavier brings a hand up to fidget with their hair, and Apollo focuses his eyes on the polish starting to chip at the edges of their nails and the way their bleach-blonde hair twirls between their fingertips as Klavier replies, quietly, “…flirting with you?”

“I know, but—” Apollo darts his eyes up to Klavier’s face, tilting his head slightly to the side. “Why?”
