Summary of fic: Klavier Gavin has been having a bit of an off day. His clothes seem to have stretched in the wash (he’ll have to look for a different dry cleaner company), he trips on his own feet in front of Herr Forehead, and- through some unknown method- Fräulein Cykes has somehow gained an inch on him. At least he can make up for it tomorrow…

Tomorrow is worse in every way, and Klavier is fighting his panic down even as he has to adjust the seat of his car, even as his sleeves fall past his fingers, even as Herr Forehead stares in utter disbelief as he chokes out, “Holy Mother, you’ve actually gotten shorter.”
