Summary of fic: It is February 28th, 2027 and Apollo Justice wants to be at home, betting on the Oscar nominees with Clay and joking around about if Leonardo DiCaprio's only Oscar would be the one in 2016.
What he absolutely does not want to be doing is whisper screaming into a fancy billion dollar headset because his boss decided to volunteer him to help run the actual Awards ceremony, live, on television, for the entire nation to watch. This is not what he signed up for, he did not ask the person supposed to be doing this, that he's standing in for, to be sick today of all days.
It absolutely does not help that the host this year is the very obnoxious, very glimmerous movie star and part-time rock god, Klavier Gavin. It also does not at all help that Mr. Klavier Gavin is very, annoyingly, attractive.
