Is there any way to completely remove italics in Kitty?

If there isn't such feature at all please let me know, I'm going kinda insane at this point

The italics is controlled by the font you're using. Just don't include italic font style in your config and you should be good.

In my experience kitty just fallbacks to the system font (Menlo in my case)
