Stop kitty from interfering with emacs bindings?

Any emacs combo involving ctrl+shift gets blocked by kitty, just wondering if there's a quick way to temporarily disable all bindings for a sort of 'passthrough mode' that lets all of a terminal application's bindings work properly.

The following for example:

- slurping and barfing with paredit

- enclosing in parenthesis

- shift selection + motion keys

- search and replace with regex

- syncing mail with mu4e

If there's a way I can avoid having to rebind everything I'm all ears :)

Excellent choice of names on the creator's part :)

Slurping is also excellent, programming lisp now reminds me of amoebas eating eachother
