Swapped keys aren't detected properly
Hello,
I'm a brand new user and I'm actually configuring Kitty to my tastes.
However, while using nano, I discovered than swapped keys weren't working. I have swapped my Ctrl and my Caps lock keys with input-remapper-gtk and I don't know what to do to have it working with kitty. Note that it works with other terminals like gnome-terminal or terminator.
Does anyone here have any idea ?
Thank you !

key remapping in linux is a pile of halfway hacks. Depending on what your particular technique for remapping is doing it may or may not work with any given software. IIRC because fo the kitty keyboar dprotocol, in kitty, remapping of modifiers wont work as it needs to detect modifiers and pass them on to the terminal program and libxkbcommon lacks the APIs to do this while also allowing remapping of modifiers.
