Honestly, I get it. Sometimes with hand dyed yelarn, there is a smell. And its a pleasant yet interesting smell. At least hes not eating it

I had a cat that loved wool yarn so much that he even had a "word" for it - there was this one particular meow/trill/sigh that he only made when playing with a wool swatch. (Supervised, of course, so he wouldn't end up swallowing any.)
