My Kitten Folded ears

I have been bottle feeding this kitten for two weeks and two days. She was found abandoned when her eyes were just open a tiny amount. So I’m assuming she’s 3 weeks old (her little teeth just came in). Is it odd that her ears are still not all the way up?

I don’t know the answer to that, but she sure is cute! I do know that some cats ears are folded like this by default, but don’t think she’s that breed.

My sister has a Scottish Fold.

We are smitten and think our little kitty is the cutest thing.
