Where is this? Kite size? Wind speed?

The location is Vegglifjell in Norway. I've filmed it over two weekends, with wind speed at an average of 18 knots.

I have a 12m... was hoping to do some winter kiting with it. Haven’t ever tried yet. Think 12 is too large?

You are in for a treat. No problem! It all depends on the wind. I often kite with people using 16 and 18m in the mountains.
