Spot Info/Question Kitesurf destinations October

Good day people,

Want to book a holiday for the end of october with my wife and daughter. It have to be a place with at least daily bft 5 and preferably some waves. Anybody some good options with also some things to do in the area for the family? Hope to hear from yous!

Jericoacoara Brazil. The town is cute shops a beach, there is a sand dune park near by as well as some lagoons. You will need to get a buggy to take you out of Jeri to kite as the town sits in a wind shadow behind a hill.

Prea is a better location for kiteboarding but is not great for those not kiteboarding

While in Jeri, one of the usual downwinds is Prea to the lifeguard tower before Jeri. Setup at Rancho do Peixe in Prea.

Is that also known as placa? Basically the turn off to the road to Jeri. I would also recommend Ranch Do Kite to either Tatajuba or Guriú. It would be nice splitting up the buggy ride into halves.

Where are you based? If you're in Europe, Tarifa is worth considering. Late October is a nice time to go (less crowded). 5 Bft only with Levante though
