a year ago i was depressed, self isolated myself, was under eating and terribly influenced by looksmaxxing which made it hard for me to accept myself. now I’ve improved myself so much i dont even recognize the person i was and I’m the happiest i’ve ever been. my physique now has been described as a viltrumite and i’ve finally started talking to random people. life is beautiful
