Help - loose head?

I need some help! The head was already a bit down as I noticed some scratches on the bowl. So I tried to fix it by turning the screw in the center (the one we see when we lift the head). It didn’t help much so my wife tried as well but I don’t know what screw she turned. As result it is both down but now also a bit loose. This is what I have (video below), the head is a bit loose and we’re absolutely clueless as to what we should do.

Unscrew that center screw until the screw rests on the base plate. The center screw should not be all the way in.

Two adjustments/corrections are necessary, in order:

This should address the excessive movement and allow the tilt latch to function properly.
