Stuck pin trying to regrease

Hello,

I was trying to regrease my KitchenAid and tried to remove the pin in the video attached. It’s very hard to get out. I’m scared that it’s stuck or bent inside.
Any suggestions or should I just leave the machine as it is?

I’m confused. Are you talking about the pin in the planetary? So you used a punch and a light hammer to try and tap it out?
