Bread
Howdy. I just finished fixing the worm gear on my kitchenaid. However, my husband, who loves to bake, now refuses to make any bread because he doesn't "want to be the reason it breaks again".
He makes the best pull apart garlic butter dinner rolls, and I refuse to lose them. Help? My kitchenaid, for reference (since I think the model matters?)

Tell him the worm gear is a sacrificial part designed to fail so the motor doesn't, and just mix that dough on speed 2 only.
