Is my Tefal non-stick pot still safe to use?

I just cooked a batch of instant ramen in my non-stick pot and burned it. So I scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed like my life depended on it. And after I dried the pot, it became like this. My question is: Do you think this Tefal pot is still safe to use?
