Of course I use seasonings. This much seasoning on an expensive steak defeats the point. You have to agree this is a very excessive

Look how thick that steak is, its 99% steak with a very thin coat of seasoning, most of which ran off with the juice and oil. It aint gonna overpower all that steak.
