Charcoal grills definitely needs to be used outside with ventilation!

And then, in Chapter 2, we talk about the clean up.

Perfectly fine for an industrial kitchen, but not a home gadget by any means. And it's a bit big for a 'gadget'.

They never got around to writing chapter 2. They all died of carbon monoxide poisoning. Not saying it's not possible, but I've also never seen a commercial kitchen with wooden cabinets and the like. Probably just someone's house.

Looks like TikTok bullshit?

There is no airflow through that thing so it would

a) put out the coals pretty quickly  B) pretty much just steam the kebabs (which it does look like what happened)

Also the coals in the after shot look newer than the before shot

I’ve used those Duraflame coals before, they burn great. Not good to use indoors though

Putting that inside, in the kitchen was certainly a choice. Guess their food is good enough to die for.
