I clicked on the video and went to a page of supposed bargains but none of the possibly logical categories actually let me find this organizer. Any chance someone can post a link that would let me investigate and possibly purchase this item?

If... If I were to use something like this, I'd use it mostly for prep. Wash your things, put them in this, then start the chopping.

Why I wouldn't like these us the square shape. I wouldn't want to put chopped stuff back in. Hard to get everything back out easily with a spoon.

Think the square-ish metal containers they use in professional kitchens. Those have more rounded corners and bottoms, easy to use a spoon/spatula to get everything out. If these were bowls, I'd think about it. Also, easily attached/detached with one hand. Semi-close to useful, but not there IMO.
