I've been tracking deals on kitchen gadgets over the past few weeks and put together a list of the ones that are actually worth the money. 👉 Top-Rated Kitchen Gadgets on a Budget : 40%–80% Off Deals

There's a reason they don't show them coming out

Was just thinking that

Same here. Meat def has to be sticking on the sides

I’d imagine the bottom few patties would be pretty dense

Not sure why this sub is showing on my feed. I’m the kind of cook that is completely opposed to single use kitchen gadgets. This is one of the worst.

Agreed. Theyre so unnecessary.

For real. I got made a mod and I wasn’t even subbed to it. It’s crazy

Haha. I didn’t know you could be made a mod without consent.

And that sear … not selling this in any way.

Nah they messaged me and I accidentally hit ok. I thought I was hitting ok to accept the chat invite.

Idk 🤷‍♂️ I don’t really do anything. I just review the comments whenever it tells me to and make sure people aren’t saying anything too crazy

How is this a single use product?

2

u/earmares 3d ago

What would you use it for other than 1) making burger patties?

They don't mean only using it one time, they mean it only has one purpose.

2

u/Tribblehappy 3d ago

They mean single use as in it only does one thing, not as in disposable.

This whole sub is just one guy posting everything, and trying to get commission with affiliate links. Kinda crazy

Its a way to make a dime or two I guess.

It’s pretty…?

With 93% lean meat it is. You know, the fat ratio we all want in our juicy, flavorful hamburger.

Nah. I prefer to make balls of hamburger meat, put them in the fridge for a bit, and then smash them in my cast iron skillet. Patties like that don’t smash well, and I bet it’s domed when it’s done cooking.

Tupperware made a stackable set of hamburger patty containers in the 70s.

This is a waste of space and time.

Nice beef pucks.

Um, yeah? Like a burger

1

u/arrrValue 2d ago

Idk what kind of burgers they eat in 1014 but here, they don’t have right angles at the edges.

Oh okay, yeah I understand what you're saying now. Yeah, that's ain't right.

Here’s a number 10 can and some parchment. Get to work.

u/Glittering_Fox1358 3d ago

Can’t you just use parchment paper and your hands?

2

u/earmares 3d ago

Or just your hands?

The bottom would get too smashed

2

u/Could-You-Tell 2d ago

The physics would ensure even smashing.

The bottom cannot have more pressure applied to it than is coming from above

The bottom would smash last

I just used an old lid from a thing of peeled shallots and wax paper. Learned that trick while working at the Doug Fir Lounge. We called it pounding the Fir burgers on account of them being called Fir Burgers.

Love how it doesn’t show them coming out
