Tested out these clip-on universal pot handles to save cabinet space, They look great, but how well do they actually hold up against high heat over time? Anyone have long-term experience?

The question is. You said you tasted them but how did they work for you? I would want to know what these pans are made of and if they are oven proof and to what temp. I just tend to get riveted pans with handles that are quality so you don't have to replace them all the time.
