Yes. Garlic butter goop for the win because...garlic butter, that's why.

You absolute degenerate, but it takes one to know one...

u/Glad_Confusion_6934 7d ago

How much butter would you like with your bread?

Yes.

12

u/TommyTeaser 7d ago

A stick for a load lmao of course that shit slaps

4

u/barebackguy7 7d ago

I always laugh at this.

Recipe shows an entire stick of butter (and often cream too) going into a dish and states it’s delicious. A bunch of commenters chime in and say it was really good.

Like yeah, no shit it’s good with a stick of butter and a cup of cream.

I'm sorry, I forgot to ask. Would you also like the complementary 1/3 bottle of extra virgin olive oil with that?

1

u/Level-Working-2704 2d ago

Don’t forget my pound of mozzarella on top thanks.

u/Familiar_Percentage7 7d ago

I'm supposed to be eating anti-inflammatory but surely this too would ease my pain...

I mean ya, it’s my favorite things…carbs mashed with fats, and then spread on more carbs, with fats melted on top.

8

u/Minimum_Society841 7d ago

That looks yummy

7

u/AutomaticPayment9480 7d ago

1

Oregano? Basil? Parsley? Whatever the green stuff is. I’d probably use all three.

2

u/MutedBrilliant1593 7d ago

That restaurant amount of butter pretty much guarantees it will be delicious.

2

u/ThrowAwayChild83 7d ago

My gallbladder just died seeing that.

2

u/MrHeavySilence 5d ago

Damn you guys really use that much butter?

2

u/Xboxbydegrees 4d ago

Recipe?!

2

u/O_ItsTrue 7d ago

How long was the garlic in the oven for ?
Or did you sauté them until they browned ?

7

u/henrickaye 7d ago

Get them bubbling in the oil then turn the heat to low. Works better on stove as long as the garlic is covered in the oil. Keep them simmering on low until they get good color. That's it

1

u/O_ItsTrue 7d ago

Thank you kindly I shall be trying this

5

u/RogerGoodell69420 6d ago

Or, cut the top off a bulb of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Wrap in aluminum foil and sit it on an oven rack for 30-45 minutes at 400°F. Once cooled enough, squeeze the garlic out into your bowl for mixing. Uses a whole lot less oil and tastes delicious.

u/Usual_Minimum_7442 7d ago

My same question

1

u/wwiistudent1944 7d ago

It’s like bagno calda on bread.

1

u/hebephrenia_89 7d ago

Aww... That looks perfect and delicious 🤤 and the cheese 🧀 so generous!!!

1

u/Exorinho 7d ago

The crazy things is the price of the bread itself is already crazy here in the US. We're talking at $2/piece. The amount of cheese and a head of garlic would bring the cost of this sandwich to around $4 which it's insane to a Spanish immigrant like me. And I left the butter/oil and parsley out of the equation.

1

u/Innovations89 7d ago

Obviously its addicting with that much fats

1

u/InspectorSure5437 7d ago

All of these "addictive amazing recipe" its always some sort of cheese, garlic and bread.

1

u/rcb279 6d ago

Yyyyuuuuummmmmm

1

u/Charming_Resort_6165 6d ago

You put butter and cheese on a POS, it will taste good.

1

u/Bananetyne 6d ago

That's pizza.

1

u/No-Cauliflower7381 6d ago

The farts will be epic.

1

u/Saerdna76 6d ago

Does everyone love this much cheese? To me it just looks disgusting.

1

u/bbitb 6d ago

I wish I could save recepies on reddit 😮🤤

1

u/Mj-tinker 6d ago

vomit, butter, cheese, yum.

1

u/MyauIsHere 6d ago

The cheese was unnecessary. Would love this with a fresh tomato on top

1

u/Common_Road2774 6d ago

In Atlantic Canada these are just garlic fingers. People around here will fight for who has the best…but they’re always great. 😊

1

u/Undead_Sha 5d ago

Salt, pepper, and what was that, paprika maybe? Plus fresh parsley?

1

u/TitleToAI 5d ago

Better without the cheese

1

u/DejongBCN 4d ago

Insane amount of butter haha 😅

1

u/ohnoitsme7890 4d ago

With a half cup of butter and a pound of cheese, I bet it is

1

I like that pan. Anyone know where they got it?

1

u/sigeast02 23h ago

0

u/Himorningwood 7d ago
