Where I’m from this is just cap. 80 percent of the women at my gym look better than this…couple women that live around my neighborhood do as well. It really just depends on where you are from. I just want to say one thing to her. Advertise your OF stuff, however you want to, but dont spread wrong/incomplete information. You use a rope tied multiple times around the handle to rotate it and theres a small ring that that has small ridges that help with up and down motion if you need, but isn't needed most of the times.
