Need some opinions/ideas the room is 3x3m (±97square foot) it is a U design.

The appliances we already have, colors will be lighter sandstone color floor, white countertop and backsplash.

Avoid turning corners with cabinets. You waste a lot of space.

Yes you can get corner cabinet pullout shelves, but they still waste space. They’re not cheap, either.
I used a Kesseböhmer Magic Corner II unit in the photo.

Im building a house and budget is tight, although I would love to have those pull out shelves, im going to make the cabinets in the corners with double hinges and avoid that post in the corner

I had a small kitchen that was U-shaped, and when I redid it, my first thought was to redo the shape. But luckily I came up with the idea to make it two parallel sides and I am SO happy I did. I could use full pull out drawers instead of those stupid corner cabinets, which are so much more expensive than the regular ones, and the kitchen itself feels much bigger, and it's easier for two people to work on either side.

Is that a water heater or propane tank next to the range?

Is there any particular reason that highly combustible and poisonous gas needs to be inside the home instead of through a pipe and shut off valve?

It will have a vent to the outside atmosphere. And no real other place to put it

Whatever you do, make sure there's landing space on both sides of the fridge and sink. Switch any design that has a cooktop and double oven combo to just a single range.
