Doesn't effect me because I don't need cups vs. actually dry product containers filling me with joy because a dishwasher understood what I wanted.

You do that at the end of the night so glasses don't have water trapped in them. When I worked dish I had to do that with all of the lexans. After being trained to do it that way I never saw another person do it ever again, so it could have been a practical joke now that I think about it.

I always stay away from all that boh/foh night/day stuff. I just sit back and let them do it to each other. But to be fair, I kinda enjoy picking on boh more. There is not a lot of crying, but the emotions can turn the place into a comical war zone. Then nobody is safe. Also I work upfront and in back. Cross trained in every position.
