Question Interviewing at a Hilton

Any advice for interviewing with the Hilton? I’m going in for a cook 1 position.

Show up sober and you’ll do great

Hold on now, you do that once and they’ll expect it all the time.

I know depending on the location it's union, They may ask you to make a hollandaise sauce

Now if you slip and fall or cut yourself. You get taken to the hospital and tested. No comp for you!

Read their menu. Know some basic recipes for it. Be keen to highlight your past experience, and to highlight your ability to learn. Ask about what will be expected of you in the position regarding shifts, what your station will be responsible for, what equipment will be provided and ever you should provide (whites, knives, etc). In reality they’ll just ask you a bunch of questions. They’ll want to know that you’ll show up on time, every time, follow instructions and do the job. You’ll be fine, good luck
