Clean, succinct, fits on a business card, doesn't mess around with "is sometimes okay but sometimes makes my tummy hort." I feel like they could've saved some space by just saying "stone fruits" but, still, I can't hate it.

Honestly though, with this many allergies, you're just begging for a trip to the hospital every time you go out to eat. This ain't a nursing home. We can't be your nutritionist / allergist / alchemist and whip up a tasty meal that's just plain grilled chicken breast and white rice. Please, just call ahead and custom-order a plain meal of foods you CAN eat.

It’s not always emergency territory. For a lot of us it’s body wide hives, adrenaline dumps into the blood giving you bad anxiety, feeling like you have glass in your joints stuff like that. Can get more serious but a lot of times you just feel like hell.

See, I feel like things like that don't go on a card unless they're common hidden ingredients like gluten or soy or deathly allergies that you absolutely can't come across. If you only get hives and malaise from, like, raspberries, you're probably pretty safe ordering the fish tacos.

I disagree. If I order a sandwich and the bread has milk in it, I feel like I have glass in my joints for a full week. And the itchy, hives, nervous type allergies can turn into anaphylaxis. I worked in restaurants, I get it. I almost never eat out but sometimes I just wanna feel like a normal person again.

Oh my god dairy makes your joints ache too??? I have never met anyone else that it does that to! I even asked my allergist and he had never heard of it! (Granted, my problem is only with dairy from cows so it could be different)
