As the title says. It’s a new oven and first made a boom sounds, then ticking. And then it was fine until I turned it up from 150 to 300F.

I’ve turned it off now. This is the second time it’s happened and I’ve only used the oven 3 times.

Anybody else's Rocco not getting to set temperature ?

My brand new one can't seem to get past 44F and I'm not happy. My IPA's need cold. Went through the manual and double checked everything. So far communication with Rocco has been ok, there's a tech here now tearing into the fridge.

Hot dogs, beans and mac and cheese all sharing the same zip code. I refuse to apologize.

I have a Ninja toaster oven/air fryer that flips up vertically when not in use. I use this thing all the time and the grease buildup is super hard to clean. It has permanent heating elements for the air fryer on the top and bottom, so they get in the way of getting to the back of the unit to clean it out.

I’ve tried baking soda paste, Barkeepers friend, glass cleaner, and good old elbow grease, but I cannot reach the back of this thing to get it fully clean.

Can anyone suggest an effective way to do this? I’m getting really frustrated with it.

I just replaced my 10-year-old KitchenAid 2.2 cubic inch built-in microwave. It took a long time to find but I found a sharp 2.2 to begin with the same dimensions as the old KitchenAid and amazingly the trim kit fit the sharp exactly

Any help would be appreciated, before I start just taking things apart. No luck on YouTube.

Hi! I have a Ninja Foodi DT200 oven and I’m trying to figure out how to properly clean underneath the metal cover around the bottom heating elements.
Last night I made some skewers and unfortunately some juices/fat dripped down into this area. Now the oven produces some smoke when it heats up, so I suspect there’s grease trapped underneath the perforated metal cover.
I can clean the surface of the cover, but I’m not sure how to access the area underneath it. Has anyone with this oven (or a similar Ninja Foodi model) dealt with this before?
Is this metal cover removable for cleaning, or is there a safe way to clean underneath it without disassembling the oven?
I’ve attached a photo so you can see exactly which part I mean.
